My company production of friction materials for petroleum coke, it selects and uses high grade oil coke and completed after 1300 Degrees high temperature calcining through 8 fire-way and 24 calciners.
The characteristics meet the imported products technical indicators:
(1)Less density, Loose texture and porous
(2)High carbon, a less volatile, the chemical and physical properties is very stable
(3)Reference to foreign materials and products manufacturing, by the rigorous screening, has a fixed size for the application of friction material composition.
Friction material used petroleum coke can Lower density, Improve product porosity and compression performance, thereby improving brake friction performance and stability of comfort and process performance.
Recommended Dosage:
Drum Brake: 4%-6% Disc Brake: 6%-8%
